8 to 10am: Surgery on female, early 50’s to repair pixie earlobes.  Surgery to last two hours.

A “pixie ear” is a deformity to the earlobe that is caused from an improper face and/or necklift.  The earlobe is pulled down from its original position due to excess tension and can look as if it is attached to the face.  This unnatural look can be resolved from surgery, in which the earlobe is released and attached at a higher position
