According to WebMD a rhinoplasty, or a nose job, is most commonly requested by teenagers.  Rhinoplasty cannot be performed on teens as they are still growing, in which the average starting age is 15 years old. The American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) statistics indicate that almost 219,000 cosmetic procedures were performed on teens ages 13-19 in 2010.  Nearly half, or 35,000, of those procedures were cosmetic rhinoplasty surgeries.

All three of these procedures are often performed at one time, in which the average time for surgery is around 90 minutes.

11:45 to 12:15pm: A new consultation with a female patient regarding Sinus Infection. Upon inspection Dr. Guida found many Nasal Polyps in her nose.  She developed asthma a few years again, which was a result of the polyps.  The polyps cause a post nasal drip, which in turn results in wheezing.  Image guided Sinus Surgery is required to remove the polyps, as well as cleaning out her sinuses as she has a severely deviated septum.
